Payments may be online through the website or through bank transference, net value. Participants may also pay the registration fee at their arrival to the country, when they make their accrediting at the Palacio de Convenciones in Havana, where the Convention has its base.
Students will accredit at their arrival to the Palacio de Convenciones, and they should present during the accreditation the official identification certifying them into this category.
Accreditation services for Delegates and Students include:
– Accreditation kit (credential, portfolio, writing pad, ballpoint, scientific program and general information on the Convention).
– Attendance to the scientific activities (working sessions, opening and closing sessions and magisterial conferences).
– Participation in the social activities of the official program.
– Free access to the Fair.
– Attendance certificate and author certificate in case of presents a paper.
