Dr. Leonel Fernández Reyna, former president of the Dominican Republic and President of FUNGLODE (Fundación Global Democracia y Desarrollo), presented his vision about “The global and regional challenges of the 4.0 world”.

President Fernández is Honorary President of the Global South-South Institute of Digital Creative Industries, founded by FIAM & ONU (UNOSSC).

Fernandez highlighted the need to facilitate access to technology for all citizens.
